Hope

Warning...you may cry, but if you need a reminder of the creative ways that we can love others check out this article about how a football team loved another team made up of inmates. Sometimes people just need to be reminded that they are somebody important.

AWE-SOME! Thanks for sharing that story...I thought I had cried all my tears out at "Marley and Me" today, but I guess not.

Anyway, with the economy six feet under and Christmas running on about three and a half reindeer, it's nice to know that one of the best presents you can give is still absolutely free.

Hope.

So perfect!

And sometimes a simple 'hello' can do just that.

Rick Reilly is an amazing writer. I always read his column first for many, many years that he wrote for SI. In fact, "Hate Mail From Cheerleaders" is on my bookshelf at work.

Great Story as usual.

I was reading that story yesterday.

Totally amazing.

Friend of mine got a bunch of the guys from the CU at our university to go into to start playing football (soccer) tournaments at the local prison. Lives do get changed.
